XIOMARA ARROYO is a market manager and senior vice president for PNC Bank, serving the Southern California Region. She leads a team of dynamic financial consultants who customize financial wellness and employee benefits programs for mid to large sized companies. Arroyo has almost two decades of financial services experience, spending most of her career leading various branch teams in consumer banking. She holds an undergraduate degree from California State University San Marcos and an Executive MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. In 2019, she was honored by the San Diego Urban League with the Whitney M. Young Diversity & Equity Award and was also named a finalist in 2019 by San Diego Magazine as San Diego Woman of the Year. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors near the ocean with her husband and their young children.
