MARISSA HUMPHREY is the chief financial officer for PECO. Humphrey joined the Exelon family of companies in 2007 and advanced through leadership positions at Constellation, BGE, Exelon’s Business Service Company, Exelon Utilities, and Pepco Holdings, primarily in finance roles but also in regulatory and strategy. Before joining Exelon, Humphrey spent several years in consulting and healthcare finance. Humphrey serves on the board of trustees of Project HOME, an organization focused on ending chronic homelessness and alleviating poverty in Philadelphia. She serves as executive sponsor for PECO’s OLE (Organization of Latinos at Exelon) employee resource group chapter, is a co-founder and executive sponsor for Finance’s EmpowHER initiative (a cross-finance initiative focused on networking and targeted development opportunities for women across Exelon), and is the executive sponsor for PECO Women Connected, an initiative focused on removing barriers to advancement and progress for all women, strengthening relationships between white women and women of color across the organization.
