MANDY SCIPIONE is the head of global diversity & inclusion at Fidelity Investments, a firm serving nearly 50 million individuals, 24,000 businesses, and 16,000 wealth management firms worldwide. With over 74,000 associates across the U.S., Ireland, and India, Fidelity is dedicated to fostering financial confidence and innovation. Since joining Fidelity in 2013, Scipione has held roles in relationship management within Fidelity Institutional and Workplace Investing, where she led the SPS Central Region Relationship Management team. In 2024, she assumed her current role, advancing diversity and inclusion across the organization. Before Fidelity, Scipione provided consulting support to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and co-founded Siharum Advisors, promoting inclusive environments. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Stonehill College, an MBA in finance from Boston College, and SIE, Series 7, 63, and 24 securities registrations.
