MADEYLINE BROWN is vice president of North America channel inside sales at Dell Technologies, where its purpose is driving human progress through technology. Responsible for leading a high performing inclusive sales team of 300+, delivering $19B in revenue annually from Medium Business through Enterprise, Public and Corporate sales, Brown is accountable to her team sales, ensuring best in class strategies, tools, and programs to lead highly productive sales teams and the strongest sales leaders in the industry. A twelve-year Dell Tech veteran, Madeyline has served in a number of capacities including roles in Sales Strategy & Planning, Client Solutions, Field Marketing and Global Business Operations. Prior to Dell, she was an IT project integrator, business analyst and supply chain expert. Passionate about people, in her nearly 25 years of experience Brown is an accomplished sales strategist and business operationalist, driving efficiencies with technology and leading collaborative teams to deliver results. Brown is also co-chair to Dell’s Internal employee resource group, Women in Action – Central Texas Chapter.
