CAROLINA DiGIORGIO, born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, is a Rutgers University graduate with a Political Science degree and a Rutgers-Camden law degree. She holds certifications from Cornell University in leadership and diversity. As VP of GEA at PECO, DiGiorgio leads external affairs strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders to support business goals. Previously, she served as chief legal counsel for Pennsylvania’s DEP and as CEO of Congreso, growing its platform by $8M. She also directed economic development in Montgomery County and advised multiple Pennsylvania governors. DiGiorgio practiced law for a decade at Stradley Ronon and clerked in New Jersey’s appellate division. Recognized for her leadership, DiGiorgio’s honors include the 2023 Clothier Award and the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Most Admired CEOs. A proud wife, mother, Phillies fan, and active volunteer, DiGiorgio embodies courage, confidence, and character in her professional and personal life.
